1. Turn on, then commands only
Atom starts on standby and ignores everything. Say “Atom” to turn it on; while it is on, just say the command (“quantum mode”) — no need to say “Atom” again. “Atom off” turns it off.
Say “Atom” to turn it on, then just say the command — Atom presses the key for you and answers in a short ship-AI voice. Free, runs offline on your PC, reads your own keybindings.

English uses a fixed phrase list (Vosk). Anything outside the list — “quantum is almost done”, “where is the star map” — is treated as chat and ignored, so you can keep talking on Discord.
“Chaff chaff flares” presses them in order. Up to three in one breath.
If it is not sure, Atom asks “Did you mean quantum mode?” — say “yes” within 6 seconds to run it, “no” to cancel.
Atom reads your Star Citizen keybindings (actionmaps.xml), so your rebinds are respected. Commands with no default key
(nav / combat / guns / missile mode, lock doors …) get a spare Left Alt + letter once with keys.bat.
If the game window is not in front, Atom says “Star Citizen is not in focus.” and presses nothing. It does not know whether your chat window is open — don't give commands while typing in chat.
The reply plays after the key is sent and never slows the action. If you fire several quickly, Atom skips replies. Its own voice coming back through your mic is not taken as a command.
Everything runs on your PC — no account, no internet. English takes about 30 ms per phrase on a gaming PC. (Korean uses a different engine, whisper.cpp.)
